| We used Vivax to paint our entire exterior and to restain our deck. When Vivax first called the job complete, there was still a lot of paint spatters where they didn't belong, and the deck stain was totally unacceptable. But they came back and fixed almost all the problems. Especially, they sanded the deck down completely and restained it so that it now looks great. The only thing left undone was a patio door. Vivax painted it the beige color of the wood trim around it; we contend that it was white before they started; they said it was the color of the trim. By the time they had done all the other corrections, we decided not to argue any more |
