We were quite happy with the result. The plumber came on time, completed the job on time and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Bernie's to others. My only complaint is with the price. Once the guy came out, he tells me that the standard charge is 25% higher than I was quoted on the phone. This is before he even sees the job. I was tempted to send him packing immediately. They also don't know anything about the $25 discount for first time clients through ServiceMagic even though it is clearly disclosed on the web site. After complaining, they did refund the $25.
