| I wanted to report to you that Randy, from R & T Electric, showed up on time this
morning to replace our old tv antenna. He was polite, neat, thorough and a hard worker, but unsuccessful
in trying to get the new antenna to perform properly. After three hours of manipulation he
finally called it quits and said he thought I would be better served by cable or satellite tv.
He did not charge me at all for his hours here. Despite the fact that this time it did not work,
I would not hesitate to call him again for a future electrical need.
