The owner got back to me the same day after my initial request for a bid in a voice mail . The day of our appointment for measurements he showed up on time, was very pleasant, gave me great ideas and proposed a very fair price that was lower than his competition's. The installers were on time, the product was excellent, and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a win-win experience. If I had one somewhat negative comment it would be about Misty, the person who answers the phone. She does not have the same desire to give excellent customer service as the owner in her phone manners---but do not let that stop you from using CNC
