| At my direction Jeff worked on half the project initially, which went fine. Good work, good cleanup, if loud on occasion (he is a very vocal worker). To reiterate, I requested we break the project up into two parts. However, to finish with the rest of the project (mostly carpentry and finish work), lack of contact, scheduling and appointment misses/cancellations/rescheduling became a problem, to where I'll now be finding someone else to work on it. Thus, I might recommend Jeff and Equity builders because I think he does good work, but only if you are really diligent with communication and are very very flexible on the timing. |
