Jan was very good to work with. He had to measure from pins he could find on an adjoining street near our property since we did not have pins at all the corners. It took Steve three trips to complete the survey and setting of the monuments ... we had unseasonably bad weather (snow blizzard) which was the reason, but it was his determination to do a professional job which required driving from Colorado Springs to my property in Grand Junction that sets him apart from the rest. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and personable surveyor that charges extremely reasonable rates.
