Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 80020

My husband and I had a very good experience using Sunset Constructors as our contractor to build our deck. The team showed up on time, had great input to the plans I drew up and the finished product turned out better than I expected. The whole project was also completed in the time frame they gave me. The only thing I would have done differently was to not purchase my materials first from Home Depot and let the Sunset Constructors team handle all aspects of the project. I would defiantly call them again for my next home improvement.

Install a Wood Fence in 80223

Did not complete agreement (left fence peices and wood that I paid for them to haul away.) They were nice enough, they did a great job on the fence and gate, however, they need to be more professional and work on being at the site at the time they say. I think they are on the verge of being a very successful business-they do very good work. I would recommend them to anybody who does not have a firm time period for the project to be completed. I felt like I was fourth or fifth on their list of jobs and they got to me whenever they could. But, again-they do GREAT work and they know their fences....I would hire them again...
